Open Gym Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to our Open Gym, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Waiver Requirement: A waiver must be completed and signed on the day of the event. Failure to submit a signed waiver will result in being unable to participate in the Open Gym session. No refunds will be provided for non-compliance.

2. Use of Equipment: Participants are permitted to use the equipment provided in the gym. Please use the equipment responsibly and with care to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

3. Coaching: This is not a formal coaching session. However, a coach will be present to oversee the session, provide guidance, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

4. Safety: Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions given by the attending coach. Any unsafe behavior or misuse of equipment may result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.

5. Attire: Proper athletic attire and footwear must be worn at all times. No jewelry or loose clothing that could cause injury should be worn.

6. Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The gym is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

7. Health and Fitness: By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to partake in gym activities. Any existing medical conditions or injuries should be disclosed to the attending coach.

8. Behavior: Respectful behavior towards other participants, coaches, and gym property is mandatory. Any form of harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the gym.

9. Refunds and Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation by the gym, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund.

10. Photography and Videography: The gym may take photos or videos during the session for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
