About the event
This session is designed to:
Introduce the Koku app and its benefits for balance and strength training
Provide hands-on training and guidance on how to use the app effectively
Offer support with accessing a free tablet loan (for up to 12 weeks), with the Koku app pre-installed
Answer any questions and help build confidence using digital tools for health
