Tai Chi for arthritis is a gentle, low-impact exercise program designed to help people with arthritis manage their pain and reduce the risk of falls.
It is a form of martial arts that combines slow, gentle movements with deep breathing and relaxation.
Our classes will help you to improve your balance, strength and flexibility while helping to reduce stress levels.
We provide a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, with refreshments included.
Join us on Thursdays from 1-2pm.
